The principals of the Montgomery Group, Nir Avrahami and Ian Stone, have an impressive track record in development and management. When Avrahami first saw the land for Vistamor over a decade ago, he realized the unique opportunity it offered, and his vision has guided the philosophy for the community throughout. He has nearly 30 years of experience in management and residential development and has completed a variety of successful private, municipal and federal projects. Stone, who has a strong background in finance and technology, has been involved in land development projects in New York City, and has developed and built luxury residential properties in Manhattan and the Hamptons.

Shy Cohen, a builder/developer for more than 25 years, is the builder for the Montgomery Group, and is responsible for the actual construction at Vistamor. He has built over 400 homes throughout Orange County over the past decade, serving as Project Manager at Meadow Winds, Country Crossing and Brigadoon. His dedication to building high quality, value-oriented homes is unwavering. Cohen is also Director on the Board of the Hudson Valley Builder’s Association, as well as a member of the National Association of Home Builders.

The Vistamor home collections were designed by EDI Architects, a prestigious global firm with offices in New York, Houston, San Francisco and Angola. The firm has designed thousands of residences, as well as hotels and apartment buildings. Founding principal Victor Mirontschuk personally designed all ten Vistamor home styles, as well as the Clubhouse. Elise Platt, of E.A. Platt & Co, Inc. a nationally recognized residential development and marketing expert, has also been instrumental in the design process, as well as the overall philosophy of the Vistamor lifestyle. Her vast experience in the New York Metropolitan and the Hudson Valley regions includes working for leading national, regional and local homebuilders.

Victoria Bibbo is the director of Vistamor Sales. A real estate professional since 1986, Bibbo brings her expertise to assist, guide and introduce buyers to the very special Vistamor lifestyle. Over the years, she has also been affiliated with other prominent names in homebuilding, including the Lennar Corp. and Exeter Building Corp.

American Leisure Corp. has been instrumental in the design of this very special, resort-like lifestyle package for Vistamor. For well over three decades, they have been recognized as a leader in developing and operating innovative, cutting-edge programs for lifestyle centers, fitness centers, wellness centers, spas, and recreational facilities.
